Doug Rowan

Doug talked to a customer about a problem he was having with a new pump. Turns out that the rotation was backwards. Doug talked him through correcting it.

Andy Tatakis

On the day prior to his back surgery Andy had a customer in Cheshire, Connecticut that had just hired new technicians not familiar with a particular brand of compressor. Andy stopped by and put on a class on the proper use and safety of the operation of tank evacuating procedures.

Andy received a phone call 7:30 pm on a Friday night from a contractor at a convalescent home that was being shut down due to a leaky 18,000 gallon storage tank. Andy located at large volume pressure regulator to replace the existing regulator, and then connected temporary tanks to keep the building in service.

Pat Shay

Pat met with a customer to help them put together two job layouts.
