THE FINE PRINT

All TruFlame inserts must be installed by August 31, 2018, for this offer to apply. All claims must be submitted through the "Live Burn Upgrade Claim - Fireplace Inserts" form on EmpireInsider by September 30, 2018, to receive a credit. This offer only applies when a Luxury Loft Insert (DXL30_35IN) or a Luxury Traditional Innsbrook insert (DXT30_35IN) that was previously installed in a showroom is replaced with a Rushmore Insert (DVCT30_35CBN). A live burn claim must have previously been submitted on the Luxury Loft Insert or Luxury Traditional Innsbrook Insert. All credits will be given to the distributor, and the distributor will reimburse the dealer.
